How do I place an order?

What different methods of payment do you accept? 

→ Suburban Party Rental accepts cash, check or credit cards: 
                                        Visa, MasterCard or Discover


What is your delivery fee?

→Suburban Party Rental charges an nominal fee for pick up and delivery on items other than Tents and Bounce Houses.

→Delivery and Setup fee is usually included in the price for Inflatables and Tents.

Do your crews set up the equipment?

→Suburban staff will set up and take down tents and inflatables.  Suburban will set up tables and chairs for an additional fee. Please make arrangements in advance for this service.


Where will Suburban Party Rentals deliver my order?

→Our basic delivery fee ensures delivery on your date to the top of your driveway or an easily accessible paved area.  Upon pick please place rented items in same location as drop off.

The following fees will be billed if items are not ready for pick-up and require our pick up crew to be unexpectedly delayed:

$50.00 if items are not returned to the drop off location.
$100.00 if items are not clear of food and debris.

What is your delivery area?

→ Suburban Party Rental local delivery areas are:
 
White Lake, Walled Lake, Commerce, West Bloomfield, Novi, Waterford, Orchard Lake, Birmingham, Bloomfield, Northville, Plymouth, Canton, Livoina, Westland, Brighton, Whitmore Lake, Wixom, Green Oak Township, South Lyon, Southfield, Clarkston, Pontiac, Royal Oak, Rochester Hills, Bloomfield Hills.

**Note**      -Rentals beyond these areas incur an additional delivery fee.


What do I do if it rains or if the weather is bad?

→If you already have an inflatable setup in your yard and it starts to rain, you should turn the inflatable off until the rain stops.  If there are wind gusts that exceed 20 mph, the inflatable must be turned off for safety reasons. 


Do I have to leave a deposit when I reserve equipment? 

- We require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is $100.00 for Tent and Inflatable rentals and 25% for all other rentals.  This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your rental date.

What is your cancellation policy?

All orders canceled 30 days or more are 100% refunded.

All orders canceled 30 days or less prior to the event but not less that 3 days before result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

No cancellations 3 days prior to the order.
